Structure Description
When entering the home, notice the beautifully detailed butternut newel post and banister on the staircase to the second floor. On the upper front landing, there is a window seat and small balcony. Note the butternut woodwork in the front bedrooms and pine in the back bedrooms, that were once possibly servants' quarters. All of the bedrooms have transoms over the doors to allow ventilation when the doors are closed.
