Structure Description
Two-story residence with rusticated, coursed ashlar siding, hipped tile roof, a stone pillared portico, and west landing bay, all wide eaved and all with stylized rafter extensions or bracketing extending beyond eaves. The front entry features a stone arched arcade with bracketed roof. The front piers of the porch are capped and have wide Prairie style urn planters.
The structure has stone caps surrounding it, two feet below the eaves, with wall stuccoed above. The east dormer is flanked by two chimneys. The facade windows are double hung and have segmented transoms and side lights. The home's west side has a two-story kitchen/bathroom wing.
