Structure Description
The original structure is largely free from any commitment to a particular architectural style. Qualities of Eastlake, Carpenter Gothic, and Stick styles are present. Board and batten siding dresses the Art Center, as well as plenty of scroll-cut fenestrations, chamfered posts, and braces. It also features a 'weathervane tower'. In order to compliment the original Victorian carriage house, the modern addition borrows simplified versions of forms and shapes found in the original structure.
