Characteristic of Queen Anne style homes, the Wm. Bull House has a strong romantic quality, a complex exterior form, the use of different building materials, and the inclusion of small details such as the porch columns. Though the second story of the house is shingled, the other details of the house are still classic enough to maintain its style in the more pure Queen Anne.
