A small but elegant Italianate style home that manages to look grand in spite of its relatively small square footage. Features include a two-story bay , decorative brickwork at the eaves that resemble more expensive carved Italianate brackets, customary window cornices above the tall windows, and traditional Italianate "eyebrow" windows on the third floor.
