Structure Description

Known locally as Villa Kathrine, this is a Moorish style two-story residence with two one-story wings and two towers, all stucco over brick on limestone foundation, overlooking the Mississippi River. Decorative wooden, diagonally positioned blocks surround the north tower, south tower, and second story bay on north facade. Multi-pane and small box windows, chimney pots, and inset woodwork of overlapping rounded arches decorate the exterior.
