This is a simple one and a half story L-shaped house constructed with red brick laid in a common bond pattern with Flemish bond at every eighth course, all set on a stone foundation. The roof shape is a clear cross gable with fascia boards curving inward at the ends.
The openings of the house are simple as well. The doors are a segmental arch with toplights above. The window openings are also segmental arches with double hung windows. The top sash is divided into 3 vertical panes with a single pane at the bottom.
