Structure Description
Designed by Ernest Wood, the building was designed as a tribute to Frank Lloyd Wright. Its uncompromising rectilinear form, slab roof, monumental chimney, combination of stained cypress and tinted plaster, and integral landscape components (like the raised planters) were all common components of Wright's work prior to then.
